The BMETERS GMDM-I is a multi-jet, dry-dial water meter using magnetic transmission between the measuring mechanism and the register. Its robust design makes it suitable for a wide range of residential, commercial and general water-metering applications.
The multi-jet measuring principle distributes the incoming water around the measuring chamber, helping provide stable and reliable measurement across the meter's operating range.
Available in dedicated versions for both cold and hot water, the GMDM-I can also be equipped with a choice of remote-reading technologies, including non-magnetic pulse output, wired M-Bus, wireless M-Bus and LoRa.

Multi-Jet Measurement Technology
Unlike a single-jet meter, which directs water onto the measuring turbine from one point, a multi-jet meter distributes the water around the measuring chamber through multiple inlet jets.
This provides balanced loading of the measuring mechanism and makes multi-jet technology particularly well suited to applications requiring robust and dependable mechanical water measurement.
Cold & Hot Water Versions
The GMDM-I is available in versions designed specifically for both cold and hot water applications, allowing the same meter family to be used across a variety of building-services and commercial installations.
The appropriate temperature version should always be selected according to the operating conditions of the water supply.
Dry-Dial Register with Magnetic Transmission
Magnetic transmission separates the water-side measuring mechanism from the dry register, helping maintain clear readability while transferring the measured movement to the dial. The register lid can be rotated through 360° for convenient reading after installation.
Flexible Remote-Reading Options
The GMDM-I is inductively pre-equipped for the installation of compatible communication modules, allowing the meter to be adapted to the remote-reading requirements of the installation.
